The Spicy Weiss

Fermented for three weeks, giving an aroma of fruit spice and gooseberries. Crisp, light and refreshing. A gentle banana finish with pungent and flavourful hints, leading to a delicate hay aftertaste. Mittelfruh hops, pilsen and Munich malt create a wonderful summer beer, perfectly paired with light seasonal dishes.

Foraged Ingredients: Alexandra, Wenlock and coriander seed.
