The Dandy Stout
A rich, smoky, black stout
infused with dandelion root amd barrel aged.
First taste; roasted coffee and burnt caramel followed by bitter dark chocolate. Kent golding hops, with the addition of dandelion result in a earthy, light, peppery and woody flavour. A beautiful stout that would pair well with a rich sweet and salty dessert.
Foraged Ingredients: Wild Dandelion flowers and root.
